For the Paneer Tikka

Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, combine the yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well.

Marinate the Paneer
Cut the paneer into cubes and add them to the marinade. Also, add the cubed bell peppers and onion. Mix gently to coat all pieces evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Prepare the Skewers
Soak the skewers in water for 30 minutes if using wooden skewers. Thread the marinated paneer, bell peppers, and onion onto the skewers.

Heat the Oil
In a large pan, heat the oil over medium heat.

Sauté the Onions
Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until they turn golden brown.

Add Ginger-Garlic Paste
Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute until fragrant.

Cook the Tomatoes
Add the pureed tomatoes and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the oil starts to separate.

Add Spices
Stir in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Add Cream
Pour in the cream and stir well. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens. Season with salt to taste.

Combine with Paneer Tikka
Add the grilled paneer tikka to the masala sauce and gently mix to coat the paneer evenly.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with naan or rice.
