    Boil the Water

    In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil over high heat.

    Add Tea Leaves

    Once the water reaches a boil, remove it from heat and add 2 tablespoons of green tea leaves. Allow the mixture to steep for about 5 minutes.

    Strain the Tea

    After 5 minutes, strain the tea into a teapot using a fine mesh strainer to remove the tea leaves.

    Add Mint and Sugar

    Add 1 cup of fresh mint leaves and 4 tablespoons of sugar to the strained tea. Stir well to dissolve the sugar.

Serving

    Serve the Tea

    Pour the tea into small glasses, making sure to include some mint leaves in each glass. Serve hot and enjoy!
