Prepare the Sweet Potatoes
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and pierce the sweet potatoes with a fork, then place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until they are tender.

Make the Chile, Maple, & Sage Butter
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Once melted, stir in the chili powder, maple syrup, and chopped sage leaves. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve
Once the sweet potatoes are cooked, remove them from the oven and cut them open. Top with the prepared chile, maple, & sage butter and serve alongside the grilled ribeye steak.
