Ingredients for Margarita

Method

Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Glass

If desired, rim your glass with salt or sugar. To do this, rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass and dip it into a small plate of salt or sugar until coated. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Muddle Strawberries

In a cocktail shaker, add the sliced strawberries and muddle gently with a muddler or the back of a spoon to release their juices.

  3. 3

    Combine Ingredients

Add the Pink Peppercorn Tequila, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup to the shaker with the muddled strawberries.

  4. 4

    Shake

Fill the shaker with ice cubes, then secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

  5. 5

    Strain and Serve

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice, ensuring to leave the solid strawberry pieces behind.

  6. 6

    Garnish

Garnish the drink with a few whole strawberries and a sprinkle of pink peppercorns on top for an extra kick.
