Chili Lime Sauce
Method
Preparing Chicken Pakora
- 1
Marinate the Chicken
Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix the chickpea flour, water, cumin seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt to form a thick batter. Add the chicken pieces to the batter, ensuring they are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 2
Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat until hot.
- 3
Fry the Pakoras
Once the oil is hot, carefully drop spoonfuls of the marinated chicken into the oil. Fry them in batches until they are golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per batch. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Making Chili Lime Sauce
- 4
