Preparation of Tea Base

Boil Water
In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat.

Steep Tea
Once the water is boiling, remove the saucepan from heat and add 4 tablespoons of Thai tea leaves. Let it steep for about 15 minutes.

Strain Tea
After steeping, strain the tea leaves using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a heatproof container. Allow the tea to cool completely.

Top the tea with the creamy mixture prepared earlier, stirring gently to combine.
