Preparation

Prepare the Noodles
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add flat rice noodles and cook according to package instructions (usually about 5-7 minutes) until soft. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Vegetables
While the noodles are cooking, wash and chop the broccoli, slice the carrot and bell pepper, and chop the green onions. Set aside.

Make the Gravy
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine black bean paste, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and vegetable broth. Stir well and bring to a simmer.

Thicken the Gravy
Once the mixture is simmering, add the cornstarch slurry and stir continuously until the gravy thickens. Remove from heat and set aside.
Assembly

Combine and Serve
In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add the cooked noodles and vegetables. Pour the gravy over the noodles and vegetables, tossing everything to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.

Serve the Rad Na hot, garnished with chopped green onions and chili flakes to taste.
