Prepare the Noodles
Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Prep the Vegetables
Chop the green onions, tomato, and cabbage. Set aside the basil leaves.

Scramble the Eggs
In a large wok or frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble until cooked. Remove and set aside.

Stir-Fry the Vegetables
In the same wok, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the chopped green onions, tomato, cabbage, and chili flakes. Stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Combine Ingredients
Add the cooked rice noodles to the wok with the vegetables. Pour in the wok sauce and toss everything together over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes.

Finish the Dish
Fold in the scrambled eggs and basil leaves. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well and cook for another minute, then remove from heat.

Serve hot, garnished with additional basil if desired.
