Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Start by rinsing the beef ribs under cold water and patting them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Rub this mixture all over the beef ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated. Allow them to marinate for at least 30 minutes, or for best results, overnight in the refrigerator.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 350°F (175°C).

  4. 4

    Grill the Ribs

Place the seasoned ribs on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they develop a nice char.

  5. 5

    Add BBQ Sauce

During the last 10 minutes of grilling, baste the ribs with BBQ sauce and continue to grill, turning occasionally until the sauce is caramelized and the ribs are cooked through.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for about 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
