Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.

2

Marinate the Beef

Place the beef tenderloin in a large zip-lock bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the beef, ensuring it is well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (up to 24 hours for more flavor).

3

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to high heat. If using charcoal, let the coals burn until they are covered with white ash.

4

Grill the Tenderloin

Remove the beef from the marinade and let it come to room temperature. Place the beef on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until it reaches your desired doneness.

5

Add Butter

During the last few minutes of grilling, add the butter on top of the beef and close the grill lid to allow it to melt and flavor the meat.

6

Rest and Serve

Remove the beef from the grill and let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
