Prepare the Chicken
Start by preheating your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Season the Chicken
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Rub this mixture over the chicken breasts to ensure they are well-coated.
- 3

Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- 4
Rest the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
For the Sandwich Assembly

Slice the grilled chicken breasts and place them on top of the cole slaw.
- 7
Add Mustard
Spread 1 tablespoon of mustard on the other slice of bread and place it on top of the chicken, mustard side down.
