1. Prepare the Shrimp

Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Place the shrimp in a large bowl.

2. Make the Marinade

In a separate bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well.

3. Marinate the Shrimp

Pour the marinade over the shrimp in the bowl. Toss to ensure all shrimp are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for better flavor.
