Home Fries Preparation

Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and peel the Russet potatoes. Cut them into small cubes.

Fry the Potatoes
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the cubed potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cook the Bacon
In a frying pan, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, then crumble into small pieces.

Combine Ingredients
Once the home fries are cooked, top them with the sautéed veggies, crumbled bacon, and shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Allow the cheese to melt slightly before serving.
