Prepare the Muffin Batter
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and granulated sugar until well combined.

Combine Mixtures
Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.

Fill Muffin Tins
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners and fill each cup about 2/3 full with batter.

Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Prepare the Dough
In a small bowl, dissolve the active dry yeast in warm milk and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and salt.

Knead the Dough
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Prepare Filling
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and ground cinnamon.

Shape Rolls
Starting from the long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log. Cut into 12 equal pieces and place them in a greased baking dish.

Second Rise
Cover and let the rolls rise again for about 30 minutes.

Bake
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

Prepare Frosting
While the rolls are baking, beat together softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.

Frost and Serve
Once the rolls are baked, let them cool slightly before frosting with the cream cheese mixture. Serve warm.
