Preparation
Prepare Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.
Cook Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Grill Chicken
In the same skillet, add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side or until cooked through. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Melt Cheese
In the last minute of cooking, sprinkle the mixed cheeses over the chicken breasts and cover the skillet to allow the cheese to melt.
Assembly
Prepare Buns
Slice the King's Hawaiian buns in half and lightly toast them if desired.
Add Condiments
Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the bottom half of each bun.
Layer Ingredients
Place the grilled chicken breasts with melted cheese on top of the condiments. Add crispy bacon, sliced avocado, lettuce, and tomato.
Finish Sandwich
Top with the other half of the bun and press down gently. Serve immediately.
