Marinate the Beef
In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the beef sirloin and coat it well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the Vegetables
While the beef is marinating, slice the tomatoes and onion. Set aside. Rinse and dry the mixed lettuce.

Make the Tzatziki Sauce
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, fresh dill, and salt. Mix well until smooth and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Assemble the Gyros
Warm the pita bread on the grill for about 1 minute on each side. Slice the grilled beef thinly and place it on the warm pita. Top with mixed lettuce, sliced tomatoes, grilled onions, and tzatziki sauce. Roll up the pita and enjoy!
