Preparation Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients and slice the ciabatta bread in half. If the provolone cheese is not pre-sliced, slice it into 1/4 inch thick slices.
- 2
Assemble the Panino
Layer the capicola, coppa, salami, and provolone cheese evenly on the bottom half of the ciabatta bread. Add a generous amount of pepperoncini on top.
- 3
Season and Drizzle
Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the meat and cheese. Drizzle olive oil on the top half of the ciabatta bread.
- 4
Grill the Panino
Close the sandwich and grill it in a panini press or on a skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until the bread is crispy and the cheese has melted.
- 5
Serve
Remove the panino from the heat, slice in half, and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or side.
