Prepare the Base

In a saucepan, combine whole milk, heavy cream, honey, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Heat over medium heat until the mixture is warm and sugar is dissolved.

Chill the Mixture

Remove from heat and let it cool. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until completely chilled.

Churn

Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions. Transfer to a container and freeze until firm.

Sweet Corn Gelato

Cook Corn

In a saucepan, combine sweet corn kernels and milk. Simmer for about 10 minutes until the corn is tender.

Blend and Strain

Blend the mixture until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove solids.

Combine the strained corn mixture with heavy cream, sugar, and salt. Chill for at least 2 hours.

In a bowl, whisk together whole milk, heavy cream, espresso, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours, then churn in an ice cream maker according to instructions and freeze until firm.

Raspberry Limoncello Sorbet

Prepare Raspberry Mixture

In a blender, combine fresh raspberries, sugar, and water. Blend until smooth.

Strain the raspberry mixture and stir in limoncello and lemon juice.
