Prepare the Peppers
Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds and stems, and slice them into strips.

Sauté the Garlic
In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Cook the Peppers
Add the sliced bell peppers to the pan. Season with salt and black pepper. Sauté for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the peppers are tender and slightly charred.

Prepare the Bread
While the peppers are cooking, grill the rustic bread slices until they are golden brown on both sides.

Serve the sautéed peppers hot, alongside the grilled rustic bread.
