Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the creste di gallo pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Make the Cheese Sauce
Reduce the heat to low and stir in the milk. Gradually add the fontina and parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until melted and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked pasta to the cheese sauce and stir until well coated. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk to reach desired consistency.

Add Toasted Breadcrumbs
Transfer the mac and cheese to a baking dish. Sprinkle the toasted breadcrumbs evenly on top.

Bake
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
