Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Salmon
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 2
Prepare the Spinach
Spread the fresh spinach evenly on the baking sheet around the salmon.
- 3
Bake the Salmon
Season the salmon with salt and black pepper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- 4
Cook the Vegetables
While the salmon is baking, steam the mixed vegetables until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- 5
Make the Lily Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
- 6
Serve
Once the salmon is cooked, serve it on a plate over the bed of spinach with a side of cooked rice and steamed vegetables. Drizzle the homemade lily sauce over the salmon or serve it on the side.
