Indulge in our Buche Taco, featuring tender, marinated pork stomach cooked to perfection and served in a warm, soft corn tortilla. Topped with fresh cilantro, zesty onions, and a splash of our house-made salsa, this taco promises a burst of authentic flavors that will transport your taste buds straight to Mexico. A delightful blend of textures and tastes in every bite!
If not already cooked, clean and boil the buche in salted water until tender. This usually takes about 1-2 hours. Once cooked, let it cool slightly and chop into small pieces.
In a dry skillet over medium heat, warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
On each tortilla, place a generous amount of chopped buche. Top with chopped onion, cilantro, and slices of radish.
Squeeze fresh lime juice over the tacos and add a spoonful of salsa verde to each taco.
Serve the buche tacos immediately with extra lime wedges and salsa on the side.
