Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, chopped green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.

Assemble the Dumplings
Take a wonton wrapper and place about 1 tablespoon of the pork filling in the center. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold over to form a triangle, and press to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.

Cooking Options
For steaming: Place dumplings in a steamer basket lined with parchment paper and steam over boiling water for about 15 minutes. For frying: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, add dumplings, and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Serve hot with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
