Marinating the Shrimp

In a mixing bowl, combine hung curd, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well until smooth.

Add the jumbo prawns to the marinade. Ensure that the prawns are well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to 4 hours for better flavor).

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 200°C (400°F).

Thread the marinated prawns onto skewers, leaving space between each shrimp for even cooking.

Chop bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion into uniform pieces for even cooking.
