Marinating the Salmon

Prepare the Marinade
In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, and olive oil. Mix well to form a smooth marinade.

Marinate the Salmon
Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Ensure each piece is well-coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight for maximum flavor.

While the salmon is marinating, chop the bell peppers, red onion, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your clay oven or grill to a high temperature (around 200°C or 400°F). If using a conventional oven, preheat to the same temperature.

Thread the marinated salmon pieces and the seasoned vegetables onto skewers, alternating between salmon and vegetables.
