Preparing the Shrimp

Marinate the Shrimp
In a bowl, combine the shrimp with salt and turmeric powder. Mix well and let it marinate for 15 minutes.

Add Ginger-Garlic Paste
Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute until the raw smell disappears.

Add Tomato Puree
Pour in the tomato puree and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens and the oil starts to separate.

Spice it Up
Stir in the red chili powder and garam masala, mixing well to incorporate the spices.

Add Cream
Reduce the heat to low, and slowly add the cream, stirring continuously to create a smooth sauce.
Cooking the Shrimp

Cook the Shrimp
Add the marinated shrimp to the sauce and cook for 5-7 minutes until the shrimp are pink and fully cooked.

Finally, garnish with chopped fresh coriander before serving.
