Method

Shrimp Mollee

    Prepare Shrimp

    In a bowl, mix the shrimp with turmeric powder and salt. Set aside for about 15 minutes.

    Cook Aromatics

    In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions, ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Sauté until onions are translucent.

    Add Shrimp

    Add the marinated shrimp to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink.

    Add Coconut Milk

    Pour in the coconut milk and add curry leaves. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until shrimp are cooked through.

    Serve

    Garnish with additional curry leaves and serve hot with rice.

Shrimp Vindaloo

    Prepare Marinade

    In a bowl, mix garlic, ginger, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, vinegar, and salt to create a marinade. Add shrimp and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

    Cook Onions

    In a pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

    Add Shrimp

    Add the marinated shrimp to the pot and cook for 5-7 minutes until shrimp are cooked and coated with the spices.

    Serve hot with steamed rice or naan.

Shrimp Makhanwala

    Cook Onions

    In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden.

    Add Garlic and Ginger

    Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.

    Add Tomato Puree

    Pour in the tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Add Shrimp

    Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.

    Finish with Cream

    Stir in the cream and garam masala. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then season with salt.

    Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with naan or rice.

Shrimp Saag

    Cook Spinach

    In a pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted. Remove and set aside.

    In the same pot, add more oil if necessary, then add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are translucent.

    Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.

    Add the wilted spinach back to the pot. Season with salt and lemon juice, and mix well.

    In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions, garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Sauté until golden brown.

    Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.

    Add Tomatoes and Coconut

    Stir in chopped tomatoes and grated coconut. Cook for another 5 minutes until the mixture becomes creamy.

    Add curry leaves and season with salt. Serve hot with rice.

Shrimp Mango Curry

    In a pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are translucent.

    Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.

    Stir in diced mango and coconut milk. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until everything is heated through.
