Chicken Kebabs

Method

Chicken Kebabs

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Chicken

Cut the boneless chicken breast into 1-inch cubes and add to the marinade. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight.

  3. 3

    Prepare Skewers

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.

  4. 4

    Cook the Kebabs

Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have grill marks.

Chicken Wings

  1. 5

    Prepare the Marinade

In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 6

    Marinate the Wings

Add the chicken wings to the marinade and toss until well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.

  3. 7

    Cook the Wings

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Place the marinated chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through. Drizzle with hot sauce if desired.

Lamb Sheek Kabab

  1. 8

    Prepare the Mixture

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, finely chopped onion, garlic, ginger, cilantro, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

  2. 9

    Shape the Kababs

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into long, cylindrical kababs around the skewers.

  3. 10

    Cook the Kababs

Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the lamb sheek kababs for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally until they are well browned and cooked through.
