    Chop Vegetables

    Finely chop the onion, garlic, ginger, green chilies, and coriander leaves.

    Mix Spices

    In a bowl, combine cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

Making the Kabab Mixture

    Combine Ingredients

    In a large mixing bowl, add the minced lamb, chopped vegetables, spice mixture, bread crumbs, and beaten egg.

    Mix Thoroughly

    Using your hands, mix all the ingredients together until well combined. Ensure the mixture is firm and holds together.

Forming the Kababs

    Shape the Kababs

    Wet your hands with water and take a portion of the mixture. Shape it into elongated kabab forms.

    Prepare for Cooking

    Place the shaped kababs on a plate lined with parchment paper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.

    Preheat the Tandoor

    Preheat your tandoor or grill to a high temperature.

    Carefully place the kababs in the tandoor and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until they are well browned and cooked through.

    Remove the kababs from the tandoor and serve hot with mint chutney and sliced onions.
