Goat Chettinad

Method

Goat Chettinad

    Sauté Onions

    Once the onions are golden, add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 2 more minutes.

    Cook Tomatoes

    Stir in the Chettinad masala and cook for another 2 minutes.

    Add Goat Meat

    Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the meat is browned.

    Add Remaining Ingredients

    Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours or until meat is tender.

Goat Pepper Fry

    Sauté Onions

    Once translucent, add ginger and garlic, sauté for an additional 2 minutes.

    Cook Goat Meat

    Season with salt and cook until the meat is browned.

    Add Spices

    Stir well to coat the meat with the spices, cooking for another 5-7 minutes.

Goat Curry

    Once golden, stir in ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 2 minutes.

    Mix in curry powder and turmeric, stirring well.

    Brown Goat Meat

    Add coconut milk and water, bring to a boil.

    Adjust salt to taste and serve hot.

Goat Vindaloo

    This helps to tenderize the meat and infuse flavors.

Goat Malabar
