Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prep the Ingredients

Cube the cottage cheese (paneer) into bite-sized pieces. Chop the onion and bell pepper into thin slices. Finely chop the garlic and ginger. Slit the green chilies lengthwise.

Cooking

  1. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they become translucent.

  2. 3

    Add Peppers and Chilies

Add the sliced bell pepper and slit green chilies to the pan. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the peppers are slightly softened.

  3. 4

    Combine Garlic and Ginger

Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pan. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  4. 5

    Add Paneer

Gently add the cubed paneer to the pan. Stir carefully to avoid breaking the paneer cubes.

  5. 6

    Add Sauces

Pour in the soy sauce, chili sauce, and sprinkle black pepper. Mix everything gently to combine and ensure the paneer is coated well.

  6. 7

    Season and Cook

Season with salt to taste. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the paneer is heated through and well combined with the sauces.
