Prepare the Beef
In the same skillet, drain excess bacon fat, leaving about 1 tablespoon. Add ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.

Once the beef is cooked through, sprinkle the jack cheese blend over the beef. Cover and let it melt for about 2 minutes.

Prepare the Vegetables
While the beef is cooking, slice the red onion and tomato, and chop the romaine lettuce.
- 5
Assemble the Burgers
On each flour tortilla, layer a portion of the beef and cheese mixture, followed by crispy bacon, red onion, tomato, romaine lettuce, and pickles.
- 6
Add Sauce
Drizzle with your favorite tangy burger sauce.
- 7
Wrap and Serve
Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly. Serve immediately.
