Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Clean Mushrooms
Gently clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems carefully. Set the caps aside and chop the stems finely.
Filling

Mix Cheese Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and smooth.

Add Chopped Stems
Fold the finely chopped mushroom stems into the cheese mixture until evenly distributed.
Stuffing and Baking

Stuff the Mushroom Caps
Using a small spoon, generously fill each mushroom cap with the cheese filling mixture, pressing down lightly to secure.

Prepare Topping
In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, olive oil, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated with oil.

Top the Mushrooms
Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture on top of each stuffed mushroom.

Bake
Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the topping is golden brown.

Cool and Serve
Remove the stuffed mushrooms from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before transferring to a serving platter. Serve warm.
