Sauté Garlic and Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the canned crushed tomatoes and dry white wine. Stir well to combine and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for about 10 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.

Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet. Add the chopped fresh basil, and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the shrimp are heated through.

In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour and 1 teaspoon of salt. Make a well in the center and crack in the 3 eggs. Using a fork, gradually mix the flour into the eggs until a dough begins to form.

Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead it for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
