Make the Brownie
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.

Mix Sugars and Eggs
In a large mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs. Whisk until well combined and creamy.

Add Dry Ingredients
Sift in the flour and cocoa powder. Fold gently until just combined.

Bake Brownies
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Heat cream in a saucepan until just simmering. Pour over chopped chocolate and let sit for a few minutes. Stir until smooth.

Cut the brownies into squares. Place a brownie on a plate, drizzle with chocolate ganache, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and drizzle with mixed berry coulis.
