Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the angel hair pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Sauce

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Cook the Shrimp

Add the Gulf shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.

  4. 4

    Add Tomatoes and Scallions

Stir in the diced tomatoes and chopped scallions, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Create the Cream Sauce

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted. If using, add Cajun seasoning for a spicy kick.

  6. 6

    Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the cooked angel hair pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  7. 7

    Serve

Plate the pasta and garnish with additional scallions or Parmesan cheese if desired.
