Prepare the Crab Claws
Rinse the crab claws under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.

Coat the Crab Claws
Dredge each crab claw in the flour mixture, ensuring they are well-coated. Shake off any excess flour.

Heat the Oil
In a deep skillet or fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Flash-Fry the Crab Claws
Carefully add the coated crab claws to the hot oil in small batches. Fry for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Drain and Serve
Remove the crab claws from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot with house comeback sauce.
