Method

Preparation and Cooking

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Beef

Cut the Denver steak into 1-inch cubes. Add the beef to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Grill

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.

  4. 4

    Skewer the Beef

Thread the marinated beef cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

  5. 5

    Grill the Kabobs

Brush the grill grates with vegetable oil. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until the beef is cooked to your desired level of doneness.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove the kabobs from the grill and serve hot with additional sriracha and lime wedges on the side.
