Prepare the Sausage
Slice the smoked sausage into coin-sized pieces, approximately 1/2 inch thick.

Mix the Seasoning
In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
Cooking

Heat the Pan
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Allow it to get hot, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the Sausage
Add the sliced smoked sausage coins to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are browned and heated through.

Incorporate Burnt Ends
Once the sausage is browned, add the diced burnt ends to the skillet and continue to cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.

Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the sausage and burnt ends. Stir well to ensure even coating and cook for another 2 minutes.
