Meat Preparation

  1. 1

    Pulled Pork

Cook the pork shoulder in a slow cooker on low for 8 hours or until tender. Shred the pork with two forks and mix with your favorite BBQ sauce.

  2. 2

    Pulled Chicken

Cook the chicken breasts in a slow cooker with chicken broth for 6 hours on low. Shred the chicken and mix with BBQ sauce.

  3. 3

    Smoked Sausage

Slice the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces and grill on medium heat until heated through and lightly charred.

  4. 4

    Beef Brisket

Rub the brisket with a seasoning mix of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Smoke the brisket at 225°F for about 1.5 hours per pound until it reaches an internal temperature of 195°F.

  5. 5

    Ribs

Apply a dry rub to the ribs and smoke them for 4-5 hours until tender. Brush with BBQ sauce in the last 30 minutes of cooking.

Sides Preparation

    Coleslaw

In a large bowl, mix together shredded cabbage, carrots, and coleslaw dressing. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
