Peel, core, and slice the apples into thin wedges. Place them in a large mixing bowl.

Add granulated sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and flour to the sliced apples. Toss until the apples are evenly coated.

Pour the apple mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.

In a separate bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour, and salt.
