    In a large pot, bring 16 cups of water to a rolling boil.

    Once the water is boiling, remove it from the heat and add 8 tablespoons of loose leaf tea or the equivalent amount of tea bags. Let steep for 5-10 minutes, depending on your desired strength.

    Add Fresh Ingredients

    After steeping, strain the tea into a large pitcher. Add fresh lemon slices and mint leaves to the pitcher.

    Cool and Serve

    Let the tea cool to room temperature. Then, refrigerate until cold. Serve over ice cubes.
