BBQ Sauce Preparation

Combine Ingredients
In a large saucepan, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.

Simmer
Heat the mixture over medium heat until it starts to simmer. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

Reduce the heat to low and let it cook for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cool
Remove from heat and let the BBQ sauce cool before using.

Mix Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Whisk Together
Whisk the mixture until smooth and well combined.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.

Combine with Hot Sauce
Once melted, whisk in the hot sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt until well combined.

Allow the sauce to simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
