Method

Preparation of Meats

  1. 1

    Pulled Pork

If using pulled pork, heat it in a saucepan over medium heat until warmed through, about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

  2. 2

    Brisket

If using brisket, slice it into thin pieces and warm it on a grill or in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Pulled Chicken

If using pulled chicken, heat it in a skillet over medium heat with a splash of water until warmed, about 5-7 minutes.

Preparation of Sides

  1. 4

    Coleslaw

In a bowl, combine 2 cups of coleslaw mix with your favorite dressing. Toss well and refrigerate until serving.

  2. 5

    Baked Beans

Heat 2 cups of baked beans in a saucepan over medium heat until warmed through, about 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Assembly

  1. 6

    Assemble the Chicken Coupe

Take a brioche bun and layer it with your choice of meat (pulled pork, brisket, or pulled chicken). Add a generous portion of coleslaw and baked beans on the side. Drizzle 6 oz of BBQ sauce over the meat or serve it on the side.
