Prepare the Meats
Season the brisket, pulled pork, and sausage with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub the seasonings into the meats evenly.

Cook the Meats
Cook the brisket and sausage on a grill or in a smoker for about 4-5 hours at 225°F (107°C) until tender. The pulled pork can be cooked in a slow cooker on low for 8 hours or until it easily shreds.

Shred and Slice
Once the meats are cooked, shred the pulled pork and slice the brisket. The sausage can be cut into bite-sized pieces.

Build the Sandwich
On the bottom half of each sandwich bun, layer the brisket, followed by the pulled pork, and then the sausage. Drizzle with barbecue sauce.

Add Toppings
Top each sandwich with coleslaw and pickles before closing the sandwich with the top half of the bun.
