Prepare Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, and salt. Whisk together until well blended.

Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; small lumps are okay.

Heat the Pan
Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. You can add a small amount of butter to the pan to prevent sticking.

Cook the Pancakes
For each pancake, pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the heated skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown.
