Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Season the Salmon

Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Rub the seasonings into the fish.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400-450°F (200-230°C).

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 5-6 minutes per side or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Making the Lemon Butter Sauce

  1. 4

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter slowly.

  2. 5

    Add Garlic

Mince the garlic cloves and add them to the melted butter. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.

  3. 6

    Add Lemon Juice and Seasoning

Stir in the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to taste. Remove from heat and add the chopped fresh parsley.

Preparing Seasonal Vegetables

  1. 7

    Prepare the Vegetables

Trim the asparagus, halve the cherry tomatoes, and slice the zucchini into rounds.

  2. 8

    Toss with Olive Oil

In a bowl, toss the vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper to taste.

  3. 9

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the vegetables on the grill for about 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.
