    Prepare the Fruit

    Slice the fresh oranges and limes into thin rounds. Hull and slice the strawberries into halves.

    Mix the Base

    In a large pitcher, combine the sake, red wine, and orange juice. Stir well to mix thoroughly.

    Add Sweetener

    Add honey or agave syrup to the mixture in the pitcher and stir until fully dissolved.

    Combine the Fruit

    Add the sliced oranges, limes, and strawberries into the pitcher with the liquid mixture.

    Chill

    Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.

    Serve

    When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the chilled sangria over the ice, and top with sparkling water. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
