Seasoning and Dressing

Method

Cooking the Pasta

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  2. 3

    Add Vegetables

Add the bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, and broccoli to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

  3. 4

    Add Spinach and Tomatoes

Stir in the spinach and cherry tomatoes, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the spinach is wilted and tomatoes are slightly softened.

Combining Ingredients

  1. 5

    Combine Pasta and Vegetables

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss everything together to combine.

  2. 6

    Season the Dish

Sprinkle the salt, black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and vegetables. Toss again to mix well.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve

Serve the Pasta Primavera hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
