Method

Preparation of Ingredients

  1. 1

Begin by preparing the crab meat and spicy tuna. If the crab meat is not already cooked, steam or boil it until fully cooked, then shred it. For the spicy tuna, chop it into small pieces and mix it with a tablespoon of Sriracha sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.

  2. 2

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash it with a fork and mix in lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste.

  3. 3

Prepare the soft shell crabs by cleaning and frying them in hot oil until they are golden brown and crispy. This should take about 3-4 minutes per side. Drain them on paper towels.

Assembly of the Burrito

  1. 4

    Assembling the Burrito

Lay a large flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread one tablespoon of mayonnaise over the tortilla, followed by a tablespoon of Sriracha sauce.

  2. 5

In the center of the tortilla, layer the prepared crab meat, spicy tuna, mashed avocado, and fried soft shell crabs.

  3. 6

Sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds over the top of the filling.

  4. 7

Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to form a burrito shape.

Cooking and Serving

  1. 8

If desired, you can place the assembled burrito seam-side down on a grill or skillet over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes to toast the outside.

  2. 9

Slice the burrito in half and serve immediately with extra Sriracha sauce on the side for dipping.
